Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Wapi. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Wapi is a software platform that connects your WhatsApp Business Account to the WhatsApp Cloud API so you can send campaigns, manage an inbox, and view analytics. Wapi charges a flat platform fee. Meta bills you directly for message/conversation charges at Meta's rates; those charges are separate from your Wapi subscription.

Your responsibilities

• You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Commerce and Platform policies.
• You must obtain valid opt-in/consent from every recipient before messaging them, and honor opt-out requests.
• You are responsible for the content of your messages and templates.
• No spam, unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited content.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or Meta's policies, or to protect the service and its users.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wapi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for message deliverability, which depends on Meta and mobile networks.
